At Pelicans View Photography, each metal print is produced on demand through our printing partner Gelato. Because of this, returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective products.
Delivery times typically range between 5 to 10 business days depending on location.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
